From point cloud to delivery, in one app.
StrataSwift takes your drone or aerial LiDAR from raw strips to matched, classified, contoured and drafted deliverables on one Windows desktop. No hand-offs between packages, and your point clouds stay on your PC.
Every step from the drone to the client.
Each step checks your data first and suggests the settings that suit it. The numbers are still there under More options when you want them.

Built for surveyors and survey-grade work.
The tools a LiDAR production desk uses every day, in one window, sharing one project.
Flight line matching
Plane patches from overlapping strips solve boresight, per-line height shifts and drift through each session. The corrections go back to both the points and the trajectories, with a report of what changed.
Fit to control
Measure targets in top and section views, then fit with shift, shift and turn, scale or rubber sheet. Check points stay out of the fit, so the report tells the truth.
Classification
Ground, vegetation bands, noise and model keypoints from ready-made routines for each scanner. Pick the terrain, from flat to mountainous, and it sets the rest.
Classify by hand
Brush and fence in top, section and 3D views, above or below a line, with one key per class. The live ground model updates as you edit.
Surfaces and contours
Ground DEMs, TINs and breaklines. Minor and major contours from keypoints, smoothed, labelled and placed on the CAD levels you deliver on.
Coordinate systems
Every EPSG and ESRI system and over 100 geoid models on board, with each input's system set where you add it.
Restore points
Every step is recorded with its settings. Step back to any point in the job, classification routines included, without keeping copies of the whole cloud.
A full CAD drafting desk, drawn straight on the points.
Snap to laser points, draw kerbs and fences in the top view, check heights in section, and hand over a clean drawing on your client's levels. No second program, no exporting and redrawing.
Place
Smart lines with tangent arcs, shapes, circles, curves and point strings, with distance and angle locks.
Snap
Keypoint, midpoint, centre, intersection, tangent and perpendicular, plus laser-point snap to the closest, highest, lowest or TIN height.
Modify
Copy parallel, trim, extend, break, fillet, chamfer, move, rotate, scale, mirror and arrays, inside or outside a fence.
Annotate
Cells from a TMH11 library, hatching and patterns, and text placed above, below or along an element.
Organise
CAD profiles with your levels, colours and line styles, a level manager, saved level sets per view, and DXF or DGN v7 references that reload when they change.
Photos in. Survey-grade orthos out.
The camera on the flight becomes a second sensor. StrataSwift aligns every photo from its own content, calibrates the lens, and lays the mosaic on the ground model from your LiDAR.
Photo alignment
Structure from motion in the app: key points, matching with geometric checks, and a bundle adjustment held to each photo's RTK accuracy.
Lens calibration
Focal length, principal point and distortion fitted from the photos, starting from a table of thousands of known cameras.
Orthomosaics
Seamlines, colour balancing and blending on an extrapolated ground model, so there are no holes under houses or over water.
True orthosComing
Mosaics on the full surface model, so buildings and trees stand straight and roof edges sit where they are.
Drafted, checked and ready to hand over.
Surfaces, contours, orthos and drawings leave the app in the formats your client asked for, with a record of how they were made.
- Full TMH11 road survey support, from GPS topo to LiDAR
- Contours on delivery levels, labelled and smoothed
- Export to DXF and DGN v7, tiled GeoTIFF and LAS/LAZ
- Every EPSG and ESRI coordinate system, with South African Lo zones built in
- Timings and settings for every step, kept for the project report
- Floating licence, not node locked: a seat follows whoever opens StrataSwift, on any of your computers. A periodic internet connection verifies the licence.
- Run several copies of StrataSwift at once on your PC, one job in each. Remote desktop sessions are not supported.
Be first to run StrataSwift on your next job.
One floating licence covers the whole app. It isn't locked to a PC: a seat follows whoever opens StrataSwift, on any computer in your office, and a periodic internet connection verifies it. Leave your details and we'll email you the day it's ready.
